Our goal when you come to visit us is to provide you with the best experience possible when involved in a collision. - 1. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on body and paint work and we warranty all parts too. We only use the best parts available and we expect them to last. This allows us to provide you with a high quality repair so your vehicle is returned to its pre accident condition and your vehicle maintains its value.
- 2. It is important to have competent people working on your vehicle. We have 4 ICAR and ASE certified technicians as well as a Hybrid certified collision specialist.
- 3. We will provide you with a FREE customer shuttle. That’s right; we will drop you off at home or work and then pick you up when your vehicle is finished. We also have a mobile estimating service available, if you can’t make it to us we can come to you to inspect your vehicle and provide you with a written estimate. Everything we do is geared towards making your life easy when involved in an accident.
- 4. We will hand wash and vacuum your vehicle after we have completed the repairs. We make it a point to return your vehicle to you cleaner than you would expect. Some customers have even thought that we have done a complete detail on their car because it was so clean. This is the finishing touch that makes you feel so good and proud to back in your vehicle.
- 5. We take great pride in every repair and treat them as though they were our own. We all have families and kids and we know that safety is #1. We will never make a repair on a vehicle that we wouldn’t allow our own family to ride in afterwards!
As a consumer, you have the right to;
- 1. Have your vehicle repaired at any body shop that you choose. Insurance companies can not require you to go to any particular shop.
- 2. Receive a written estimate and a detailed invoice when the repairs are completed.
- 3. Be informed of the amount of coverage you have for your claim and a rental car.
